Your friendly neighborhood production studio!

56th Period Productions has been serving the greater San Diego area for the last

15 years. We work with clients to develop videos from concept to delivery. We can help you realize your vision and bring that vision to life, one frame at a time.

Our Story

56th Period Productions was established when David McMinn began working with various municipalities in San Diego North County, such as City of Carlsbad, City of San Marcos, City of Poway and more. David works with communications departments developing videos that help keep residents informed of important updates in their cities through social media updates.

In addition to municipalities, 56th Period Productions grew to serve the corporate community in the greater San Diego area, with clients like DNAe Live Diagnostics, Veritiv Corp and more.

David quickly expanded the team to be able to support additional clients, offering videography, photography, aerial videography and photography, video editing, 2D animation, full motion graphics, script writing and more.

Mirania Cosaert joined as head of marketing, as well as a member of the production team.
